As a retail leader, you will play a key role in driving business success at one of our Factory Outlets. We are seeking an experienced individual who can lead from the front and inspire success in all areas of people management and store operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Take ownership of the store's commercial success and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, productivity, and profitability
* Lead by example, maximizing time spent selling and mentoring team members on the sales floor
* Collaborate with district managers to identify and develop strong performers for career growth
* Conduct training and coaching to drive KPI performance and ensure efficient inventory processing procedures
* Coordinate team members to maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
Requirements
* A proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position
* A commercial mindset and strong retail background
* Motivation, energy, and a passion for achievement
* Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to succeed
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
