**Your new company**
Hays Office Support are partnering with a large well-known retail facility who are looking for an experienced and committed Office Administration Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis located south of Hobart.
**Your new role** 
- Assist the Centre Manager with completion of Profit and Loss and Management reports and annual Financial Operating Budget. 
- Manage lease compliance for insurance certificates, securities etc. 
- Monitor and implement rent reviews as per the Tenancy Schedule. 
- Reconcile Trust account daily to ensure rent payments are made. 
- Assist Centre Manager in the recovery of outstanding invoices. 
- Conduct regular lease validation and extraction reviews. 
- Other adhoc general administration duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have previous demonstrated experience working in Property Management Administration. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport and relate to a variety of different people from all walks of life. You'll enjoy problem-solving and be results driven. You will also have the following skills; 
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite 
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of duties 
- Team player 
- High level of attention to detail 
- Strong time management and organisation
