About the Role
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Bunbury. As a key player in the growing Bunbury property market, you'll have the chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while helping to shape the future of our business.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager and play an integral part in driving business growth. We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about building a long-term career in real estate. Your ability to connect with clients, manage relationships, and prospect new opportunities will be key to your success. We will provide you with ongoing training and development to ensure you excel as a high-performing agent, becoming a trusted expert in the local market.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Effectively managing and growing your database of clients
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and potential clients to foster strong relationships
- Conducting open homes and property inspections
- Managing application processes and ensuring smooth transactions
- Participating in ongoing training and mentoring to continually improve skills and knowledge
About You
- Industry experience within the Bunbury and surrounding areas is highly desirable
- A sound understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local market trends
- A current driver's licence and Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A team player with a positive, energetic attitude and exceptional organisational skills
- Tech-savvy and forward-thinking, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
