Future First Homes is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Project Administrator to support construction project delivery.
This role provides administrative, coordination and reporting support across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to new home build programs, construction schedules and client project requirements within the Future First Homes workflow.
* Responding to client, supervisor, contractor and internal team enquiries, and resolving issues relating to build progress, service delivery, construction timelines and affected stakeholders.
* Managing and maintaining all documentation and records associated with new home construction projects, including approvals, variations, progress claims and compliance paperwork, ensuring accuracy within the Truth Engine reporting system.
* Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Supervisors, Estimators, clients and external partners to ensure construction milestones and project objectives are achieved.
* Advising the General Manager and senior leadership on matters requiring attention, escalating insights identified through Truth Engine data, and implementing decisions to support operational performance.
* Preparing and reviewing internal submissions, operational reports, build-progress summaries and documentation relating to Future First Homes' construction activities and performance indicators.
* Collecting, validating and analysing project data through Truth Engine, preparing detailed outcome reports to support decision-making, process improvements and leadership visibility across the build pipeline.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience with Truth Engine is essential.
* Experience in construction administration or project coordination minimum 1 year.
* Demonstrate strong organisational and documentation accuracy.
* Ability to work collaboratively and liaise confidently with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Problem‑solving skills and proactive task ownership.
* Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling or project systems.
