About The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department.
You'll take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.

Delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Direct leadership experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain department standards and performance metrics.
