We're an NDIS| TAC| WorkSafe | SSR provider delivering accommodation and support services, and we're looking for a Finance Manager who wants real ownership, not just transactions.

This role is about keeping the financial engine of the business running smoothly. You'll manage payroll, invoicing, cash collection, and budgets, while giving our Managing Director confidence that spending, margins, and cash flow are under control.

This is a wonderful opportunity to step into a high-autonomy finance leadership role with genuine exposure to strategic decision-making and business growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Payroll & Compliance

* End-to-end payroll, super, and portable long service leave
* SCHADS award alignment and workforce cost control
* Close collaboration with scheduling and operations teams
* Liaison with CFO, accountants, and auditors.
* Cash flow forecasting and active cash management.
* Financial analysis and insights to support business performance.
* Development and enhancement of financial systems, processes and internal controls.

Revenue & Cash Flow

* Invoicing through ShiftCare and Xero
* Proda claiming
* Following up NDIA and plan manager payments
* Reducing claim rejections and improving cash collection

Budgets & Margins

* Managing budgets so leadership doesn't have to worry
* Tracking margins across all houses and services
* Identifying risks and cost overruns early

Reporting & Insights

* Monthly financial and KPI reporting
* Visibility on profit margins, team costs, and receivables
* Supporting confident, informed decision-making

Systems & Policies

* Improving finance systems and workflows
* Developing internal finance and reimbursement policies
* Supporting compliance and audits

What We're Looking For

* Accounting or finance background
* Experience in NDIS, disability, aged care, or healthcare
* Experience in multi-entity or growing organisations.
* Strong Xero and payroll experience
* Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the numbers
* Interest in automation, AI and process improvement.
* Experience supporting business cases, due diligence or commercial projects.
