Bromley's Bread are looking for dedicated Pastry Chefs to join our team. We are looking for pastry chefs with laminating experience and desire to produce quality products. We have a passion for using quality ingredients and producing the best possible products for our retail stores and Farmers Markets. We are looking for someone who is likeminded and wanting to work with a great team.

- Flexible early morning starts between 3am - 8am starts
The role:
- Assist daily production of croissants, baking and prep for our retail stores,
wholesale customers and Farmers markets.
- Must have experience in laminating croissants and puff pastry.
- Decoration of pastries, cakes and other products ready for retail sales
- Range of products includes cakes, muffins, brownies, scones, deserts, sausage
rolls, pies, tarts and donuts.
- Working alongside our dedicated Pastry Chefs and Bakers to ensure all tasks
are completed correctly and to the highest quality. Required skills and work ethic:
- Must have relevant qualification as a Certificate III in Patisserie or Baking
- Reliable and punctual
- Passionate about baking with amazing quality produce
- Have a good work ethic.
- A team player
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Own vehicle and current driver license preferred.
- Solid communication skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience with laminating skills
- Training available for the right person.
