Your Responsibilities
• Manage a residential property portfolio
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and trades
• Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings
• Collaborate with leasing and Assistant PM support
• Build and maintain strong landlord, tenant, and contractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain accurate records
• Provide support to the wider team as needed

About You
• Proven experience in Property Management (essential)
• Strong understanding of legislation and tribunal processes
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required)
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
