3/10-5/10 PGY 5+ Night In-charge $280 per hour
13/10-16/10 PGY 5 Afternoon In-charge $220 per hour
27/10-5/11 PGY 5 Afternoon In-charge $200 per hour (can split if required)
31/10-2/11 PGY5+ Night In-charge $250 per hour
3/11 – 9/11 PGY 4+ Afternoon B $180
