Job Title
Drive large-scale social infrastructure projects across Australia as a senior investment lead.
Work closely with government stakeholders, development partners, lenders, and advisers to ensure programs are commercially sound and aligned with long-term operational and community outcomes.
* Lead complex projects: Originate, execute, deliver, and handover large-scale social infrastructure projects.
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Commercial, development, finance, operations, and governance.
* Structure transactions: Balance financial performance, risk, and impact objectives.
* Act as the primary commercial interface: Government, funding partners, developers, and external advisers.
* Manage internal governance processes: Prepare recommendations for senior leadership and boards.
* Oversee program financial management: Budgeting, reporting, and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain reporting frameworks covering progress, performance, and risk management.
Support the identification of new project opportunities and long-term strategic partnerships.
