Citta Clinic offers a comprehensive range of specialist medical services in the field of Psychiatry. Reporting to the Office Manager and the Director, the Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing professional and confidential administration services to support the effective and efficient day-to-day functioning of the medical centre.
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to commence in Jan/Feb 2026.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
* Answering incoming telephone calls, emails and general patient enquiries in a timely manner
* Providing friendly and helpful customer service to patients both in person and over the phone
* Managing all patient bookings and ensuring the smooth day to day functioning of the centre
* Undertaking patient billing and issuing invoices
* Ensuring the medical centre is tidy and presentable
The successful candidate will possess:
* Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all output.
* Excellent personal organisation and time management skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage competing demands and changes in priorities.
* Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
