Front Office Supervisor Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Front Office team, managing guest service agents and overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Serve as an ambassador of the resort, welcoming guests upon arrival and bidding them farewell with kindness.
* Process all check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure all hotel charges are accurately processed to guests' accounts, with pre-authorisations taken for each account.
* Respond promptly and effectively to all guest inquiries, bookings and complaints – delivering a high standard of customer service.
* Supervise the Front Office team and ensure that all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures.
