Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Training Associate with strong training and coaching abilities to join our team. This role will contribute to improving efficiencies in sales skills, developing and identifying training needs for a team of National Course Advisors, and shaping the future of our sales team.
Responsibilities
* Review sales calls to determine coaching opportunities for Team Leaders.
* Schedule regular individual and team training plans.
* Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs.
* Help facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires and sales trainees.
* Oversee training material and suggest or implement improvements.
* Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g., on-the-job training, seminars, simulation).
* Work closely with key stakeholders to optimize performance through individual training plans.
* Create an open‐communication climate and gather team members' preferences for potential training.
* Maintain, create, and update training collateral.
* Stay up to date with employee development trends.
* Submit reports on training activities and results.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales/Customer Service trainer or similar role.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time‐management abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
* Experience in educational or training content development is a plus.
* Understanding of the call‐center sales process and associated soft skills that support performance.
* A natural communicator who can establish trusting relationships with teams.
* A TAE40122 qualification desired or ability to obtain; not essential.
