As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lawn and Garden Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Position Overview
As a Lawn and Garden Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance and health of residential and commercial properties. You will utilise a variety of tools and equipment to perform tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and general garden care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and fertilisation
* Prune, trim, and maintain garden beds and plant health
* Apply herbicides, pesticides, and fertilisers in accordance with safety protocols
* Deliver high-quality service within set timeframes
* Communicate professionally with clients and provide basic advice
* Maintain a clean and organised work area and equipment
Requirements
* Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or garden maintenance.
* Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care practices
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Physically fit and capable of working in varying weather conditions
