The Opportunity Verve Partners is proud to be partnering with The Business Centre to appoint an experienced and professional Customer Concierge to become the welcoming first point of contact for the organisation. This part-time, office-based opportunity will see you play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for clients, visitors and stakeholders, while also providing valuable day-to-day administrative support to the wider team. Working across reception, customer service and administration, you will help ensure the smooth coordination of daily operations, support enquiries, assist with workshop and meeting preparation, and contribute to a highly organised and welcoming office environment. This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You will bring a proactive and organised approach, strong communication skills and the confidence to manage competing priorities while representing the organisation professionally.
