The Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in shaping each guest's experience. Your care, attention to detail and commitment to presentation will ensure our rooms and shared spaces reflect the quality and authenticity that define Maylands Lodge.
Key responsibilities include:
* Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard
* Servicing rooms for stayover guests
* Maintaining public areas and shared spaces
* Reporting maintenance issues promptly
* Replenishing amenities and ensuring presentation excellence
* Working collaboratively with the front office and management team
This role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
About You
* Detail-oriented and take genuine pride in your work
* Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Warm, welcoming and respectful in your interactions
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
* Experienced in housekeeping (preferred but not essential)
