Job Description:Oversee the design, transition, operations, and enhancement of IT Service Management processes and services.MARS – home to loved brands such as M&M’s, SNICKERS, WHISKAS, PEDIGREE & SKITTLESPermanent position based onsite Melbourne + hybrid working.As our IT Services Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting all Mars segments based from our Melbourne office.You will take charge of managing the design, transition, operations, and continuous improvement of our IT Service Management processes and services.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to, providing highest level of customer service, overseeing IT processes, project delivery, providing support to other central IT teams for their on-site activities, focusing site performance metrics. You will be fully accountable for End User Support and will also be required to be hands-on when necessary.Key Responsibilities:IT Service Management:Ensure operational excellence in areas like End User Computing, Networks, Server Rooms, and Security, adhering to the ITIL framework and managing hardware and CAB budgets.Vendor Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with managed service providers, ensuring services meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management:Adopt a customer-centric approach, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to review service levels and IT roadmaps regularly.Project Delivery & Digital Transformation:Collaborate with GDO teams for timely global and regional infrastructure initiatives. Manage complex technical projects and lead digital transformation efforts to support Mars' growth.Collaboration & Technical Leadership:Work independently, making technical decisions to enhance site infrastructure. Provide end-user support and backup assistance to other Mars sites as needed.What We’re Looking For:A relevant university degree in Information Technology.IT experience, preferably in large-scale FMCG or heavy industry.Proven project management skills in design, transition, and operations.Solid understanding of IT systems.At Mars, we’ve been driven by a belief that the world we want tomorrow starts with how we do business today.
