This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join our team and contribute to the success of our Public Law practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on subpoenaed documents, identifying risks and legal implications.
* Document Review: Provide expert legal advice on complex documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Litigation Management: Conduct litigation files, review evidence, and provide strategic advice to clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's PQE experience in Public Law and Litigation, with a strong understanding of prosecutions and criminal procedure.
About Your Role
* Representation: Represent clients in coronial inquests and court proceedings.
* Coronial Inquests & Investigations: Review coronial briefs, draft statements, and written advice.
