About the Role
This is a full-time 12-month traineeship (38 hours per week, Monday–Friday) where you'll gain hands-on experience across administration and finance.
You'll assist with:
* Answering calls and managing emails
* Maintaining records and job scheduling
* Supporting technicians with admin requests
* Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and reconciliations
* Supporting accounts payable and receivable
* Updating job records
* Following up on quotes and job completions
You'll work closely with our Accounts Manager and Service Coordinator while building practical business and finance skills.
12-month probation period, with the opportunity for a permanent position upon successful completion of the traineeship

* Familiarity with computers and MS Office is beneficial, but we value attitude and eagerness to learn above experience.

You must also have:
* A current provisional or open driver's licence
* Your own reliable vehicle
* Full rights to work in Australia
