Key responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop diverse operational teams across production, maintenance, and logistics.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and asset reliability to ensure seamless operational performance.
* Take ownership of operational cost control across manufacturing, maintenance, and logistics.
* Identify and deliver business improvement opportunities that drive efficiency and service.
* Provide recommendations on capital investment for new equipment and upgrades to enhance productivity, reliability, and customer outcomes.
* Build collaborative relationships across the business and with key external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of operations while remaining hands-on in day-to-day leadership.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
* Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar) is essential.
* Senior leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments.
* Strong engineering background, applying structured, technical problem-solving to business challenges.
* Proven ability to lead large teams and create high-performance cultures.
* Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
* Deep commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous development.
