We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of basic accounting and admin processes, who enjoys working in a supportive and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Superannuation: Process payroll and ensure timely super payments
- Accounts Receivable:
- Invoice jobs accurately and promptly
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Accounts Payable:
- Enter purchase invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate payments
- Accounts Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements
- General Admin Support:
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in accounts and admin
- Proficiency with MYOB accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
