As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, minimize risk, and promote a strong safety culture. Reporting through to the general manager, your role will encompass health & safety, emergency response, and training personnel.
Your key responsibilities will include partnering with operational leaders to strengthen safety leadership capability, risk management, work planning, and safety performance outcomes, fostering a culture of engagement and learning. You will also lead, coach, and develop the safety and training team to deliver high-quality safety outcomes.
