As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering calls, emails, and greeting clients professionally. You will also provide comprehensive client support, answer questions, confirm sensitive tax information, and resolve enquiries.
Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact – answer calls, emails, and greet clients professionally.
* Provide comprehensive client support – answer questions, confirm sensitive tax information, and resolve enquiries.
* Maintain accurate client records and databases.
* Prepare and process administrative documents – invoices, statements, and correspondence.
* Assist accountants with various client admin tasks.
* Keep the office tidy & running smoothly – juggle competing priorities while staying organized.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service or administration, ideally in accounting or professional services.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to liaise with diverse clients.
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure & manage competing priorities.
* Tech-savvy – confident in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems & phone line switching.
