Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Governance Coordinator to support executive governance and coordinate meeting logistics in our organization.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Office Operations and be responsible for:
* Supporting the organizational secretariat in meeting legislative and compliance obligations
* Preparing and distributing meeting materials and coordinating logistical arrangements
* Taking minutes and following up actions in a timely manner
* Facilitating onboarding and induction of new team members
Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Able to evaluate information quickly and accurately
* Experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior management
* Strong organizational and time management skills
