Seeking a qualified casual chef to join our professional crew aboard our liveaboard vessel for a 2–3 month contract in remote Cape York.

About the Role
Responsible for preparing quality, creative meals for up to nine guests plus crew. Daily service includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, and dessert.
We specialise in extended mothership fishing charters, where dining is an essential part of the guest experience. We are looking for someone keen to impress the small group with creative meals and ability to adapt to the groups needs.
Key Requirements
- Formal qualifications and relevant experience
- Previous experience cooking aboard vessels is highly regarded
- Physically fit, energetic, and capable of living in close quarters with crew and guests for extended periods (minimum three weeks at a time)
- High standards of presentation, flavour, and cleanliness
- You must be able to cook fish
