About The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team through hands-on involvement in prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement. You'll be at the forefront of building relationships, creating opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting for new business opportunities through calls, door knocking, and database engagement
* Generating and nurturing leads to support the sales pipeline
* Assisting agents with buyer and seller follow-up
* Engaging with clients and delivering a high level of customer service
* Maintaining and updating the CRM database
* Assisting with open homes and property inspections

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, proactive, and results-driven
* A genuine interest in real estate and property
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
