We have partnered with a top-ten mid-tier accounting firm to source a suitably experienced Intermediate Accountant to work within the Business Advisory Services team. Offering exceptional career progression and exposure to large clients, the successful candidate will receive close mentorship and the opportunity to build a long and successful career.
About the Role
Prepare BAS and IAS lodgements with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and related entities
Complete tax returns across a broad range of structures
Support clients with proactive tax planning strategies
Serve as a key point of contact for clients across diverse industries
The Ideal Candidate
Degree qualified in Accounting, Business or Commerce, and working towards CA qualification
Ability to manage and prioritise workload while maintaining strong client service focus
Accounting experience in providing advisory solutions for clients
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems effectively
Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
Engaging and positive communication style – both with team and clients
Team-focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
