About the Role
We are looking for a Member Service Officer to be the friendly face behind our member and supplier support.
You will handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, use internal systems to manage accounts, and respond to enquiries within service level agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage interactions with members and suppliers
2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
3. Support trade account payments and maintain detailed records of interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills
* Resilience and a can-do attitude
* General IT and computing skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Exposure to basic accounting principles
