In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for Reservations and Reception duties, which include:
Reception/Reservations Consultant - Primarily responsible for handling reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, managing systems, addressing customer inquiries, and occasionally upselling services.
Hotel Receptionist - Focuses on front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, greeting guests, payment handling, providing information, and managing key and room assignments.
Completing any other tasks as designated by the Duty Manager/Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Hold a Cert II or Cert III in Hospitality or have at least one year of experience in a Hotel/Resort.
Previous experience with a property management system, preferably Opera.
Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills.
A friendly and outgoing personality.
Proven ability to work unsupervised.
A willingness to use initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy.
Ability to work early, late, and mid shifts.
Reliable and flexible with the ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
