We're looking for a Junior Sales and Events Coordinator to join our Sales and Events team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising details, helping people, and being part of a team that creates great experiences for our members and guests.
You'll help manage enquiries, support event bookings, prepare documents, and assist with setup and delivery on event days. You'll work closely with our Senior Sales and Events Manager, along with teams across the Club, including marketing, venue managers, chefs, and operations.
What you will do
* Handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person
* Assist with proposals, event orders, schedules, and bookings
* Coordinate details with kitchen, bar, marketing, and venue teams
* Provide on-the-day support for events, including setup and pack-down
* Keep event systems and documentation accurate and up to date
* Support client meetings, site inspections, and follow-up communication
* Help maintain brand standards and a smooth guest experience
