Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Policy Advisor to join our team in the Governance branch. As a Policy Advisor, you will contribute to good governance in the public sector in Victoria and provide policy advice to senior executives on governance topics and appointments across government.
You will be part of a high-performing and supportive team that provides governance advice in a fast-paced environment at the centre of government. Your key responsibilities will include analysing and evaluating information, developing solutions to problems, planning and prioritising your work, and constructively engaging with and considering input from stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need proven ability to analyse and evaluate information, develop solutions to problems, plan and prioritise your work, and constructively engage with and consider input from stakeholders. You will also need to demonstrate resilience, including persevering to achieve goals in the face of obstacles and setbacks and remaining calm and in control under pressure.
