Key Responsibilities
* Provide authoritative legal guidance and representation in intricate credit, debt, and insurance disputes.
* Develop and maintain case management standards, legal advice guides, and precedents to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating effectively on their behalf.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative legal practices, policies, and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Extensive experience and knowledge in commercial and consumer law, particularly relating to credit and debt issues for primary producers and rural small business operators.

* Demonstrated ability to represent clients in complex legal matters and provide expert legal services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements include Admission or eligibility for immediate admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland, Eligibility for a current practising certificate and entry in the High Court Register of Practitioners, and a current driver's licence (reasonable adjustments will be considered).
