We are seeking a strategic leader to head our HR department.
* This individual will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
* They will develop and implement policies, frameworks, and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
* The successful candidate will lead and manage the HR team, allocating responsibilities across payroll, HR administration, and strategic HR.
* They will be responsible for overseeing HR reporting, metrics, and audits, ensuring accurate and timely insights for senior management.
* This role involves supporting capability development and training, including compliance training, leadership development, and workforce capability planning.
* Additionally, they will drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives, including surveys, feedback processes, and recognition programs.
