About The Role
As the HSEQ Manager, you'll oversee the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality function within EOS Defence Systems, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems that ensure compliance, drive quality, and uphold safety and environmental standards across the business.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who can inspire cross-functional teams, simplify complexity, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the HSEQ team, systems, and processes to ensure business-wide compliance with ISO 9001 and, where required, evolve toward AS9100, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
* Oversee the EOS Quality Management System (QMS) and support stakeholders in maintaining compliance across functions.
* Deliver training and tools that build capability in quality, health, safety, and environmental systems.
* Conduct internal audits and manage relationships with external certifying bodies.
* Drive performance through KPI development, data-driven insights, and targeted continuous improvement initiatives.
* Champion pragmatic, business-aligned process documentation and operational clarity.
* Manage receiving inspection and certification processes.
* Partner with corporate teams to ensure consistency with overarching HSEQ frameworks.
Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a similar HSEQ management role, ideally within manufacturing or defence.
* Relevant auditing qualifications and a deep understanding of ISO standards.
* Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, influence-based style.
* Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
