Position: Casual Gymnastics Instructor
Salary: $37.18 per hour, includes casual loading
This position requires a positive, energetic, and vibrant attitude, along with a willingness to learn and continuously improve. You should have experience coaching children's gymnastics classes, at beginner or advanced levels, and be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and management.
Exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed member expectations are essential. You must be able to work autonomously on the gym floor and as part of a team to ensure an efficient flow through the gymnastics hall each night. Shift hours may include mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience working as part of a team
* Experience instructing a class of participants
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children
* Knowledge of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and area
* Current Level Two First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Minimum Intermediate GA or Advanced Coaching Qualification if teaching saultos
* Current National Police Check
* Current Working with Children Check
