Role Overview
We're searching for a capable Project Manager (or senior Area Manager) with civil or bulk earthworks experience to lead the studies and delivery of a tailings storage facility and non-process infrastructure (NPI), including access roads, power transmission, and camp upgrades.
You'll work client-side with a multidisciplinary team, taking responsibility for design, approvals, contractor performance, and execution readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage FEED/DFS and execution for TSF and NPI scopes
Own project planning, risk, HAZOPs, cost/schedule, and execution readiness
Develop and manage contract strategy and evaluation process
Oversee EPCM and subcontractor performance during construction
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Deliver reporting to JV partners and assist in stakeholder engagement
