A global financial services consulting firm is supporting a Melbourne-based insurance organisation on a Target Operating Model (TOM) initiative, which sits within a broader transformation program focused on improving operational efficiency and modernising core systems. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with insurance experience to support the discovery and design phase of the operating model work. Working alongside senior consultants and program stakeholders, you will help analyse current ways of working and contribute to shaping future-state processes and customer journeys.
