* Technology Proficiency (POS Systems): Proficient in using POS systems, with ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
* Time Management & Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Compliance & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of compliance regulations and safety protocols, with ability to ensure a safe working environment.
* Budget Management & Financial Experience: Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management principles, with ability to make informed decisions.
* Sales Achievement: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Knowledge of Inventory Systems & Loss Prevention: Familiarity with inventory systems and loss prevention strategies, with ability to implement effective controls.
