Opportunity
Lake Health Group has multiple roles available for passionate physiotherapists to join our dynamic allied health team in 2024/25. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced practitioners, including Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists. You'll engage in various exciting prospects, such as collaborating with sports clubs, contributing to research projects, participating in the GLA:D program, and establishing ties with La Trobe University. We understand the challenges of a career in private practice and are committed to supporting your career development. Our senior clinicians are always available for guidance, and we offer up to $2000 annual co-contribution for external and 5-15K in house professional development.

Lake Health Group operates from contemporary facilities, including a fully equipped gym and exercise rehabilitation space. Our multidisciplinary practice encompasses physiotherapy, podiatry, massage, exercise rehabilitation, and Pilates. We prioritize high-quality service and foster continuous learning through in-house and external opportunities. Our commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care is reflected in our extended consultation times of 30 to 60 minutes. We provide a wide range of services to Ballarat and the surrounding community, including external and in-room consultations. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, provide education, and deliver treatments to individuals and groups.
- Focus on client-centred care and strive for the best outcomes.

- Support and assist in marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- AHPRA registration.
- National Police Certificate.
- Current driver's license.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Self-reliance and innovative problem-solving abilities.

- Strong clinical reasoning skills.
- Pilates experience/knowledge is practical but not essential.
