Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide high-level support to our Training and Equipment team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Training & Equipment Team, providing administrative assistance across training administration and operational logistics.
* Assist with the development of policies and procedures.
* Provide administrative support to regional sub-centres and volunteer teams.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for RTO compliance.
* Manage scheduling of meetings and appointments, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
* Support the Regional Operations Manager with daily operational needs.
* Coordinate public and private training sessions and monitor enrolments.
* Assist with professional development tasks for operational staff.
* Manage travel, accommodation, and vehicle bookings.
* Process timesheets accurately for operational staff.
* Contribute to delivering functional projects on time and to a high standard.
* Support onboarding processes for new operational staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
* Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable).
* Experience in working in an RTO or corporate setting (desirable).
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of training-related operational processes and systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
