About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Provide visionary leadership to develop and sustain a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Promote equity and inclusion by embedding socially just practices and maintaining high standards for both staff and students.
* Drive professional excellence through active engagement in lifelong learning, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
* Build strong partnerships with students, parents, colleagues, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance educational opportunities.
* Lead strategically and responsibly by managing departmental resources effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and planning for future growth.
