Proudly WA-owned and operated, we’ve built a reputation on delivering safe, reliable and high-quality project and shutdown support for clients in the Southwest and beyond.We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our team for ongoing project and maintenance work.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise mechanical crews during shutdowns, installations, upgrades and ongoing maintenance tasks.Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety standards, schedules and quality requirements are met.Coordinate workforce activities including toolbox talks, pre-starts and daily planning.Liaise with CCR Project Managers, client representatives and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.Take ownership of safety leadership by identifying risks, conducting inspections and upholding site safety procedures.Provide coaching and guidance to team members, supporting skills development and positive workplace culture.Ensure tooling, equipment and permits are in place to meet project requirements.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or mechanical supervisory role.Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting or a related discipline.Background in SMP or fixed plant environments, with strong troubleshooting and technical knowledge.Ability to manage shutdown crews and deliver work within tight timelines.Solid understanding of mechanical systems including conveyor equipment, pumps, crushers, and piping systems.Excellent planning, communication, and team management skills.Schedule 26 certificationValid White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.Why Join CCR Group?We offer a supportive, down-to-earth team culture built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
