About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager with the day-to-day marketing operations that keep our business running smoothly. This is a part-time role (3 days per week, on-site in our Albion office) where you'll split your time between marketing administration and creating professional marketing materials.
If you're someone who loves creating systems and structure, takes pride in producing polished work, and can balance detailed admin with creative design tasks, this role is for you. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll ensure our marketing systems run efficiently, our retail partners have the materials they need, and our product information stays accurate and up to date.
What You'll Do
* Assist with creating promotional content and materials for product launches
* Contribute to designing professional marketing materials for retail partners and consumers
* Keep product information, marketing databases, and documentation accurate and up to date
* Organise and maintain our digital asset library, ensuring all marketing materials are properly filed and easy to find
* Assist with creating and sending email newsletters and campaigns
* Help keep our WordPress website up to date
* Support organising marketing events and logistics
* Write clear, engaging copy that makes complex concepts simple and accessible
* Ensure all materials are on-brand and professionally presented
Who You Are
* Background in marketing or communications through education, work experience, or transferable skills
* Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva
* Experience with CRM systems (Zoho highly desirable)
* WordPress and Elementor experience (or willingness to learn)
* Strong writing skills, you can communicate clearly and persuasively
* Comfortable with databases, spreadsheets, and keeping information organised
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and can keep multiple systems, files, and projects running smoothly
* Think on your feet and problem-solve independently
* Self-motivated and constantly looking for ways to improve your work and processes
* Set high standards for yourself and produce high-quality work
* Work autonomously and take ownership of your projects from start to finish
* Quick learner who picks up new systems and tools with ease
* Prefer working in collaborative teams where you can make a real impact
