Our **Canberra **store is seeking a passionate and driven **Restaurant Supervisor** to join us on a full time basis. Be supported by our senior management team as you grow, while further developing your skills in training new staff and handling customer's expectations.

**All about you**:
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow.
- 1+years experience as a Supervisor in a full service restaurant environment.
- Experience in maintaining budgets and labour costs.
- Fair understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards.
- A current RSA
- Ability to lead and motivate your team.
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.
- Working knowledge of OH&S;/WH&S.;
