Front Office Receptionist Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist at our resort.

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling accommodation inquiries, processing reservations, and providing a high level of service quality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming guests and responding to their inquiries
* Processing reservations and managing room allocations
* Providing information about the resort's facilities and services
To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience working in an accommodation venue, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organisational skills. You must also be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
