Job Title: Technical Specialist
This role combines on-site and remote work, with a focus on delivering services and being a trusted advisor to clients. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in differentiating our technical capabilities and assisting team members with development and design challenges.
About the Role
You will work directly with customers to deliver and execute current and future services offerings in the BizApps space. This includes leading the differentiation of our technical capability, assisting team members in resolving common problems, developing solution knowledge, and contributing to meeting the Services Practice's financial target.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the differentiation of our technical capability
* Assist team members in resolving common development and design problems
* Develop solution knowledge and share this expertise locally and regionally
* Focus on supporting the practice team to meet the Services Practice's financial goals
* Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition
* Assist clients in resolving complex technical issues
* Work within political, cost, and technical constraints to provide the best possible solutions for clients
* Collaborate with project managers in project planning
* Effectively report status back to project managers during project execution
* Assist with project closure by developing project artefacts and participating in project lessons learned
Your Skills:
* Proven experience in complex CRM configurations and customizations
* Expert understanding of multiple Dynamics 365 First Party Applications
* Advanced hands-on experience with Power Automate and Canvas Apps
* Working knowledge and practical experience with Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
