Building Sales Career
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with valued customers.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
* Identifying and developing new customers, confident in cold calling, and growing sales
* Face-to-face and telephone customer service and sales, assisting customers to find innovative design solutions using CAD software
* Prepare accurate and timely project quotations, maintaining store stock levels, and general housekeeping
* Assist in the customer pick-up area to ensure products are loaded safely into customer vehicles
* Engage in regular product and sales training, strict adherence to critical safety rules, and contributing to a safe working environment
Requirements:
A proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, previous experience within retail and/or building industries preferred, competency with software systems, forklift license or willingness to obtain, highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
