Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor or Physiotherapist to join our team in a key role.
This position involves providing workplace rehabilitation services to help people regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

* Carry out assessments at worksites, homes, and offices to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies for successful return.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to achieve positive outcomes that benefit all parties involved.
* Design and implement effective programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce safely and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree qualification recognized by Australian authorities and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively as required by the job.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional dedication to consistently providing high-level customer service and being punctual and organized.
