Our clinics in the Goulburn Valley are currently seeking Medical Receptionists to join the team.
These roles will be in both Shepparton and Seymour, and are Full-Time Permanent positions working Monday to Friday with 7.6-hour shifts.
What will you be doing?
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential).
Customer service or administration experience.
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
