This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity.
Role Overview
As the Business Advisory Manager, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring service standards and expectations are met.
You'll be responsible for engaging, motivating, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and experience to meet operational targets and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level business advisory and CFO services.
(SME Clients)
Handle complex accounting and taxation compliance tasks.
Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
Conduct reviews of team members' work and ensure quality standards.
Maintain transparent communication with clients and team members.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Foster a culture that aligns with the firm's mission and values.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Accountancy or a similar field.
Completed CA / CPA.
4+ years of public practice accounting experience.
Proven leadership and management experience.
Strong business acumen and ethical standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
